Limited Warranty

Your Walkneeler is warranted for 1 year from the date of the original purchase, to be free of defects and built to standards and workmanship and is carefully inspected prior to shipment. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The warranty does not cover device failure due to normal wear and tear or due to any owner improper use or negligence. Wear and tear extends to non-durable components including casters, grips and other rubber accessories. During the warranty period, Walkneeler, LLC will correct any defects in material or workmanship, at no charge. The original purchaser, however, must prepay shipping cost. The original purchaser must notify Walkneeler, LLC in writing during the warranty period of the defect in workmanship or material.
