Return and Refund Policy

We’re very sorry that Walkneeler did not work out for you. Please be advised on our return and refund policy below:

To get a full refund:

  • You can return the Walkneeler within 45 days after the purchase date;
  • The product must be unused; and
  • In its original packaging

For a reduced refund:

  • You can return your Walkneeler more than 45 days after the purchase date
  • The product can be used; and
  • Does not have to be in its original packaging.

If the product is not in its original packaging you will be responsible for arranging and paying directly for shipping (that is, we will not send you the return shipping label). In this case, we recommend that you insure the shipment for at least $400.

If you believe the product is damaged or defective, call or email us right away. Keep all the packaging. If you can send us a photo or short video, we can assist you better. Once we have inspected your Walkneeler and determined it to be damaged or defective, we will arrange for return shipping and we will send you a replacement.

To initiate a return, call or email us with your name, email, phone number, date of purchase, and reason for the return. After we verify your information, we will email you a shipping label (except as noted above). You will then have to drop off the package at your nearest UPS store.

If you are returning the Walkneeler because you are not satisfied or changed your mind, you will receive a refund equal to the purchase price, minus $45 shipping. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, and we must receive it within 45 days of the purchase date. If you are returning a product after 45 days of the purchase date, or if the device is used, refunds will be at Walkneeler LLC’s discretion.

If you paid by credit card, you will see a credit on your bill, typically within 3-7 business days after we have received your returned item. If you paid by another method, we will issue you a check within 10-15 business days.
If you have reported the product as damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement upon product inspection by our quality control team. You will not be charged for the replacement and shipping costs.
To initiate a refund, call or email us with your name, email, phone number, and date of purchase. After we verify your information, we will provide you with your refund.

Note: Credit card companies require that refunds must be issued by the company that made the original sale. If you did not purchase your Walkneeler directly from our website or Customer support, we cannot process your refund.

If you purchased your Walkneeler from Amazon or any third party seller or dealer, and you need to return the Walkneeler, then please understand that third party sellers like Amazon, and other third party dealers or sellers require that you process the return through them directly. You may access Amazon returns through Please contact the dealer or seller that you purchased your Walkneeler from to initiate the returning process.
